Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Canton, IL

Typical Responsibilities: 

Our Service Coordinator assists our clients with day to day issues which means: 

  • Answer client calls and create service tickets 
  • Review and prioritize service request 
  • Schedule technical resources based upon priority, availability, and service levels 
  • Monitor service trends to report to the service manager 

We work as a unified team, so in addition to supporting client’s needs, you’ll also be helping and mentoring your colleagues and they’ll be helping and mentoring you!

Network Field Service Technician
Job Type: Full-time
Location: Available in Washington, IL & Canton, IL

Typical Responsibilities:

Our Network Field Service Technicians assist our clients with day to day issues which means: 

  • Onsite and remote workstation and network management for a variety of clients, across a range of industries. 
  • Troubleshoot backup issues, implement security compliance standards, and deploy server application upgrades 
  • Maintain and enhance proactive maintenance systems 
  • Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Server Active Directory environments
  • Work with to provide mentoring and escalated support to Service Desk Technicians 
  • Intermediate Voice over IP support. 
  • Assist with new project implementations

Business Development Representative
Location: Peoria, IL

Job Description

The Business Development Representative is responsible for identifying, building relationships, and conducting business conversations with potential new clients. This person will illustrate to the prospect how we are able to help them reduce technology frustrations and strategically manage technology to achieve their company goals. Client appointments will include a sales engineer to identify and communicate the technology needs. No technology experience is required for this position.

Some activities include attending local Chamber of Commerce events, follow-up calls to prospects, and in-person visits to prospects to introduce our company. This position will also actively participate with company marketing campaigns.
