We are currently seeking a highly motivated outside sales professional to join our team.

Job Description:

No technology experience is required for this position. The external sales professional would focus on building relationships and conducting a business conversation with the prospect to portray how we are able to help their business grow via a properly implemented and maintained computer network.

The external sales professional will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and following up to close new business opportunities by conducting business to business sales of our Technology Service Plans. Client appointments will include a sales engineer to identify and communicate the technology needs.

Some activities include attending local Chamber of Commerce events, making follow-up calls to prospects, and in-person visits to prospects to introduce our company. This position will also actively participate with company marketing campaigns.

Required Job Skills: The successful candidate must have knowledge and understanding of:

Microsoft Windows Server Technician Typical Responsibilities:

Our Field Service Technicians assist our clients with day to day issues which means:

Onsite and remote workstation and network management for a variety of clients, across a range of industries.
Troubleshoots backup issues, implements security compliance standards, and deploys server application upgrades
Work with to provide mentoring and escalated support to Service Desk Technicians
Intermediate Voice over IP support.
